Advertising submitted to Women’s Sports Link must meet the following minimum criteria:

Advertising must not contain any content, products, services, adult content or other information that, in Women’s Sports Link’s reasonable determination, may be illegal to sell under any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation, that may infringe or violate anyone's rights, or that, Women’s Sports Link believes, in its sole discretion, is inflammatory, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the Women’s Sports Link website.

2. Advertising must not violate any intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, patents, trade marks, trade names, copyright and design rights) or other rights of any person.

3. Advertising will not include any material of any kind that may be defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, obscene, offensive, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.

4. Advertising will not include any material that may be considered as misleading or deceptive or likely to mislead or deceive. Information must not contain references to unapproved, banned, illicit or otherwise illegal drugs.

5. Advertising will not include any listing information that features or advertises businesses not operating in the United States.

We do not accept websites that promote any illegal activity and will not display any photos or text of an adult nature. Any such photos or text will be deleted from the website without notice and refunds will not be given under these circumstances.
