America’s Athletes with Disabilities is a group of five member disabled sports
organizations that seek to promote and sponsor sports, recreation, fitness and
leisure events for children and adults with physical disabilities. Their site

International Sports Organization
of the Deaf
Recognized by the IOC, this committee seeks to advance athletic opportunities
for the deaf and hearing – impaired. Their site contains information on their

and links to similar organizations.
National Sports Center for the
Disabled
This non-profit organization runs both competitive and recreational programs for
athletes with disabilities. The website offers information on these programs
along with volunteer and internship opportunities and educational and outreach
programs.
